Viewing

In addition to providing more information on specific properties, our UK team will arrange to fly you out to LA, where you will be met by car and driven to your hotel. For the next day or two, a D.R. Horton representative will show you round the properties and developments you wish to see. Then you can spend another day relaxing on the beach or shopping before flying home again. We will arrange all of this at the best possible rates and the costs will be fully reimbursed when you purchase a home.

Buying

Once you have chosen a property we will help you negotiate a price and specification which will reflect market conditions in the USA. At the moment there are some excellent deals to be done and your pound is still very strong against the dollar. Should you need it, we can also arrange mortgage facilities from here in the UK.

 

Moving

You won't have to keep flying backwards and forwards to California. We can organise everything from here for you. That includes fixing you up with gas, water, electricity, telephone and whatever other services you require. We can organise furnishing the property and even filling the fridge with food the day you move in.

Ongoing

If you are buying the property as a second or holiday home, we can arrange to have the house cleaned and maintained and the gardens kept tidy in your absence. In fact from the moment you call us with an enquiry to the day you move in and beyond, you can count on us to make everything as easy and stress free as possible.
